Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale, installation, and maintenance of solar energy systems and related products provided by Adars Solar Solutions. By engaging our services or purchasing our products, the customer (“Client”) agrees to abide by these Terms in full.

2. After-Sales Service

2.1 Free Service Period:

Adars Solar Solutions provides one (1) year of complimentary after-sales service from the date of system installation.

2.2 Service Scope:

Four (4) scheduled maintenance visits per year (once every three months).
Inverter inspection and check-up.
Wiring and installation verification.
System performance testing and validation.
Panel replacement if required and within warranty coverage.

2.3 Additional Charges:

Any system shifting, relocation, or new setup beyond the initial installation will incur additional charges.

2.4 Post-Warranty Maintenance:

After the first year, continued maintenance is available under an AMC at ₹1000 per kW per year.

3. Product Warranty

3.1 Solar Panels:

25 years of comprehensive performance warranty.
Replacement provided for verified performance degradation.

3.2 Inverters:

5 years standard service and replacement warranty.
Additional 5 years extended replacement warranty available under Adars Solar benefits.

3.3 Warranty Limitations:

Claims require valid proof of purchase. Damages from negligence, natural calamities, or unauthorized modifications are excluded.

4. System Design & Performance

4.1 Design Parameters:

System capacity and configuration are based on the customer’s load requirements at the time of installation.

Example Calculation:

3 × 10W LED bulbs = 30W
1 × 60W fan = 60W
1 × 250W refrigerator = 250W
Total = 340W × 24H = 8160Wh = 8.16kWh

1kW solar generates ≈4 units/day. Considering 20% loss, usable = 3 units/day.

Required system: 8.16 ÷ 3 = 2.72kW ≈ 3kW setup.

4.2 Additional Load:

Adding new appliances may require a system upgrade at additional cost.

6. Payment Terms

50% advance payment required before installation.
Balance payable upon completion and inspection.
Delayed payments may result in service suspension or warranty voidance.
Payments must be made through approved methods listed on invoices.

7. Warranty Exclusions

Damage due to mishandling, fire, flood, lightning, or natural calamities.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
External electrical faults or third-party interference.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Adars Solar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including data or profit loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the product/service.

9. Force Majeure

Adars Solar is not responsible for performance delays caused by circumstances beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
